feat: dashboard, Convex auth, UI components, and LemonSpace branding

- Add dashboard shell with auth integration
- Wire Better Auth / Convex (client, server, HTTP routes)
- Add shadcn-style UI primitives and logo assets
- Update global styles and landing page
- Add internal docs (.docs)
